Create burst onto Manchester’s property scene with ambitions far beyond traditional estate management. Born from Form Property, they needed a brand that would announce their arrival as pioneers who see spaces differently.

The brief was bold: capture how operational excellence and creative vision could dance together rather than exist in separate corners. Most agencies choose one path or the other. Create refused to compromise.

We crafted an identity that speaks to landlords seeking returns and communities craving connection with equal conviction. The vibrant colour palette signals change in an industry often painted in corporate blues and greys.

“This is Create” became more than a tagline. It became a declaration that rings through every touchpoint. Stakeholders now see them as strategic partners who understand spreadsheets and street festivals belong in the same conversation. Communities recognise an agency that genuinely walks their neighbourhoods and understands what makes places sing.

The brand identity turns property management expectations upside down, giving Manchester's newest placemaking pioneers the tools to transform spaces into stories worth sharing.

We built a visual system as dynamic as the destinations Create brings to life. Custom iconography transforms their philosophy of Spaces, Places, People into a flexible design language that adapts from boardroom presentations to building hoardings.

The copywriting captures Manchester’s spirit without relying on tired Northern clichés. Instead, we found a voice that’s warm yet sharp, professional yet personable. Every design element works overtime. Logo variations flex across contexts whilst maintaining instant recognition.

The colour system pairs that signature peach with an urban palette inspired by Manchester’s red brick and green spaces. Typography balances boldness with readability, ensuring messages land whether viewed on mobile screens or massive banners.

The complete toolkit empowers Create to show rather than tell their story. Each application proves that places thrive when someone cares enough to manage the details and dream up the possibilities in equal measure.
